Halena VanDeusen joins the lab as a postdoctoral fellow. Halena received her BS in Biochemistry from Western Washington University in 2007, and her PhD in Cancer Biology from UW-Madison in 2015. During her PhD, Halena published two two-author papers in Journal of Virology, and both were the subject of Spotlight articles – you don’t see that too often.
